The Loch Ness Monster - fact or fiction? Find out on this splendid tour through the glorious Scottish Highlands.

From Edinburgh our journey northwards takes us through Rob Roy MacGregor country to haunting Glen Coe, the 'Glen of Weeping'. In 1692 40 of the MacDonald clan were massacred in cold blood by the Campbells for not forswearing the Jacobite cause. They say you can still hear their cries! We will make a stop so you can enjoy this very special place.

We will drive to Fort William, in the shadow of Ben Nevis, then through the Great Glen to Urquhart Castle where you can take an optional cruise on the loch so that you can undertake some monster spotting of your own. The highlight will be our full length drive along the banks of Loch Ness, Could that shadow be the monster?

We'll have a further stop in Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, before we start our journey southwards. Later we will start our journey southwards through the Spey Valley then on to the dramatic scenery of Glen Garry. We'll make a brief stop for refreshments in the rolling Perthshire countryside before we head for Perth and Edinburgh.
