The Loch Ness Monster - fact or fiction? Find out on this splendid tour through the glorious Scottish Highlands.

From Glasgow our journey northwards takes us along the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond to haunting Glen Coe, the 'Glen of Weeping'. In 1692 40 of the MacDonald clan were massacred in cold blood by the Campbells for not forswearing the Jacobite cause. They say you can still hear their cries! We will make a stop at the National Trust for Scotland visitor centre where you can learn more about this very special place.

We will drive to Fort William, in the shadow of Ben Nevis, then through the Great Glen to Fort Augustus where we will make a stop so that you can undertake some monster spotting of your own on an optional cruise. The highlight will be our full length drive along the banks of Loch Ness, Could that shadow be the monster?

We'll have a further stop in Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, before we start our journey southwards. There is a break in Pitlochry before we travel to Stirling and onwards to Glasgow.

A wonderful day out and maybe, just maybe……
