EC DIRECTIVE ON PACKAGE TRAVEL
It is a provision of this legislation that bookings that fall within its
scope be protected and clients’ money be held in trust until such time
as the tour has been completed. This is to protect passengers from the
company’s insolvency. On a holiday/booking that falls within the scope
of this legislation we have arranged for passengers money to be held at
the Bank of Scotland, Park Circus Place, Glasgow, G3 6AN. An independent
trustee has been appointed to administer the account.

CANCELLATIONS
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum
number of passengers required is not met. In such cases the limit of the
Company’s’ liability to the Passenger is the return of any monies paid

In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Company, the Company will
endeavour to provide a minimum of 4 weeks notice. Where the Passenger
cancels the tour reservation the effective date of cancellation will be

shall remain valid and enforceable and shall not be affected or impaired
in any way.
The Company is dedicated to providing Passengers with
a reliable and fault free service. In the unlikely event that a
Passenger wishes to raise any queries or complaints with the Company,
such query or complaint should be raised in the first instance with the

with the Law of Scotland and the Parties each submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. |
